Ramp Manual Download

The RAMP Manual is also available in a single archive, RAMPMAN1.ZIP, which is convenient for off-line browsing and group presentations. You can't always count on a phone line at every conference exhibit hall, legislative meeting, or building inspector's office. See the README.TXT file for details.

Download RAMPMAN1.ZIP (it's about 3.5 MB) and extract using a Zip tool, such as the PKZip utilities from PKWare, the folks who created the original zip file standard and released it to the public.
